Fiber laser technology is newest laser technology that has much better advantage compare to traditional laser technology . This case study’s objective is to investigate the suitable whether HANS should go for adopt the fiber laser technology . For this we would analysis HANS business strategy by divide into three majoy market segment . The next analysis we will analysis the market of fiber laser technology and the attractive of fiber laser technology respect the different segment of HANS . Finally we will analysis the linkage between this fiber laser technology and HANS competencies . Whether fiber laser technology can improve the strength of HANS . Or whether fiber laser technology can help HANS going to the emerging market . |
