| Abstract | This research studies and examines the long term marketing strategy of MaiLinh Express
(MLE) Company- to help to regain its leading position of passenger transportation in
Vietnam market and building long term strategy for company sustainable development.
This report also brings a real competitive landscape of passenger transportation market in
Vietnam during recent years. It showed the change of market demands in development
country not only in quantity but also in various kinds of service quality which may cause
from the upgrade of Vietnamese social life. Actually, this research has proposed some
new ideas for creating an appropriate competitive strategy for MLE sustainable
development progress in future. |
