| Abstract | In the economy of Vietnam, how to specify the flexible strategy for a small and medium
corporation that having the long time as a state owned company is not easy. In fact, this needs
an understanding of external and internal environments, the company’s capabilities, and the
strategic mission of company to establish the competitive strategy for the company not only in
current time but also in the long term. In the final project, study concentrate the current
situations of the company that analysis the current strategic to enhance the new strategy for the
company.
In this case study, with the experience during the time I have worked for EMEC, I would like
to review what I experienced by using the knowledge I have studied at AIT to analyze the
situation in EMEC. This based on what I observed and did. Those reviews are really based on
my own opinions, these can be not accurate and properly |
