| Abstract | The research analyzes DPS Vietnam Liaison Office’s business situation, Industrial
environment and aims to identify the specific needs and expectations of DP Head Office
for defining DPS Vietnam LO’s strengths and weaknesses. Based on the analysis result,
the office plans strategies of maintaining and developing the strengths and settling the
weaknesses completely. Implementing a strategic marketing as suggested may enhance
the office’s competitive advantages.
The research analysis also helps DPS Vietnam LO to find out which factors satisfy
customer and which factors cause customer unsatisfaction. Applying eight steps of
Problem Solving Process with 5-Why technique as the main methodology in doing this
research, it also verifies the main reasons causing customer’ s satisfaction and
unsatisfaction for DPS Vietnam LO, and understanding its business environment and
strong competitiveness to guide a right strategic plan and solutions
According to the analysis, the solutions are created and are evaluated before choosing the
best one to implement. This helps DPS Vietnam LO to contribute more added value in
serving customer satisfaction and bring more benefits to the company. |
