| Abstract | Established in 1990, Corporation for the Development of Bien Hoa industrial Zone
(SONADEZI) is the first mover to the field of FDI attracting and industrial zone
infrastructural development. Operating and doing business since 1990 until now this firm
takes a significant contribution to the industrialization of Dong Nai province and Viet Nam.
In recent years, by the establishment of new subsidiaries, a large number of employees is
selected and transferred. Most of these employees before moving out were trained by
Sonadezi and became competent enough to work as key staffs for a new established
organization from the beginning. The retained peoples at Sonadezi Bien Hoa the Parent
company therefore need to be re-evaluated and reinforced for the vision of being a financial
and real estate project development.
The report approaches the currents personnel situation and proposes to top management a set
of solutions that training is key solution to overcome the deficiency. In addition, these
solutions whenever being considered for implementation will set up at Sonadezi a habit of
using the performance analysis and training needs assessment regularly that are good for firm
in managing and improving staff performance. This practice will contribute to make at
Sonadezi Parent Company a high ranking employees who are ready and good enough to be
executives as and when needed in the future.
In order to evaluate with high accuracy the interview and profile checking to collect
information will be used together. |
