| Abstract | The Success Investment and Consultant Company (SICC) was established in 2007 by
groups of people as Nguyen Van Hoa, Nguyen Chau Ky, And Tran Van Cuong with
desires to become a professional construction consultant company in Ho Chi Minh city –
Vietnam. It operates in construction industry by consulting, designing and providing other
services. People is the main factor for company in the beginning duration as well as in the
future, company, however could not recruit the right people and has the high turnover
employees. In order to maintain and develop SICC, this research will find out what are the
reasons lead to this matter and solutions for overcoming it.
To find the causes, problems that affect to the high turnover of the company, the research
relies on analyzing the internal, external data and comparison with other competitors.
Furthermore, management board also bases on the experiences from other companies in
order to find out these problems. These problems are the main reasons lead to high
turnover and difficulty of recruitment right persons.
With concept map method, discussion and the reality of matters can find many ideas in
order to solve these problems of the company. Although, there were many ideas were
found but with selection and evaluation method, but company will choose the most
feasibilities for improving the troubles of the company. With solutions and
recommendations in this research will help the company to reduce the employee turnover
and recruit right people. This research also can apply for other small companies in the
same situation in Vietnam. |
