| Abstract | Many companies realize that succession planning plays important role for
remaining continuity of company business strategy but not much of them apply
succession planning as urgent issue nor implement in proper methodology itself.
This study conducted in-depth interviews with board of director, management
team, potential employees to investigate the current succession planning situation
of the company. The research aims to find the gap and identify appropriate
method to fill the gap and propose recommendations to improve the current
situation by integrating effective succession planning for Petroleum Well
Logging company, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. |
