| Abstract | The Dongnai Construction Consulting Joint-Stock Company (Donajosco) was established
in 2004 under the Government’s policy of equitizing State-owned companies. The
company operates in the provision of products and services related to the field of
construction.
Although since its establishment, the company had the successive growth in sales and
profits, the company has been facing a lot of difficulties, especially the problem in the
shortage of cash.
The given reason is that for long time, the company has not paid much attention to
managing its working capital. For this reason, the company has not had sufficient cash
flow to support its business activities.
This research aims at analyzing and recognizing the problems and defining the root causes
of the limitation, and then suggesting feasible solutions to enhance the management of
working capital.
This research is implemented with the hope that it will help the company use better its
available resources especially working capital for the company’s development |
