The strategy of a company does not only outline the policy but also provide direction to
achieve its target. Then, it is said that the success of a company’s business depends on
the determination of its strategies.
Besides the target to maintain the Shell’s advantages in Lao’s market, a study must be
carried out by PV OIL to find the advantages which are not in use or need to be
strengthened in order to expand the market share while making decision to purchase
Shell Du Laos. The dissertation studies the information, analyses it and points out the
strategies for the next 5 years in order to help PV OIL Lao expanding the network,
reducing the imported cost of petroleum product then enhancing its competitiveness
which leads to increasing its volume as well as market share in Lao. |
