| Abstract | Zuellig Pharma Vietnam had waited for the license for over 8 years because of Government
policy. Right after having the license, Zuellig Pharma Vietnam started to work with
construction contractor to make design and propose budget to build a new warehouse. The
completion of warehouse construction is expected by end of next year. After that, Operations
Department could start to move physical stock from current rental Cat Lai Warehouse to the
new warehouse.
In this research, the author – as Operations Project Manager, aims to develop a plan for this
moving, which must be completed smoothly, and without any bad impact to daily business of
the company as well as its service level.
The research will review the project management practices in the literature and apply the
appropriate project management techniques in preparing project plan. This will make the
project more sufficient to ensures the success of the moving project plan |
