| Abstract | Sonadezi Chau Duc Company (SZC) is one of the subsidiaries of Sonadezi Corporation
that is leading in the industrial property development in Vietnam. SZC was established on
June 26, 2007 with total registered capital of VND 700 billion (equivalent to approx. USD
35 million) to invest in infrastructure of a 2,200-hectare dwarfed agricultural area in Ba
Ria –Vung Tau Province into a modern urban industrial park.
Up to now, there are 14 industrial zones in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. Phu My 3
Industrial Park and Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park are two new projects of the province
in the phase of buying land and building infrastructure. The other industrial parks have
been leased by 70% of their area.
The target of this project is analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, strengths and
weaknesses of Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park in this fierce market. Through valuing
among the competitors in the real estate industry and market, we formulate and offer the
implementing solutions to satisfy customer needs and improve the competitive position of
the company |
