| Abstract | Human resource is currently recognized widely to be the most important resource of the
organizations. In order to implement business strategy for achieving the company’s vision,
mission, and objective, a proper HR strategy is required. HR strategy will identify an action
plan for creating a stable work force, using and managing effectively business operation
requirement.
With the expectation to as well as meet the requirement of labor force diversify business, HR
strategy identifies as the most important objective which CTC management board has to setup
and implement. Based on the analysis the external environments and internal issues, the
research identifies company strengths and weakness then set out the recommendations for
setting an effectiveness HR strategy to 2012. |
