| Abstract | After Viet Nam join in the WTO in the end of 2006, with stable political, Viet Nam has the
most attractive investment environment in the world. Foreign investment into Viet Nam has
increased significantly and has created many jobs in all cities and provinces in the country.
There are many policies supporting to development of domestic companies. There are more
and more companies investing in infrastructure industrial zones and real estate. The
companies try to set up and affirm the brand name. The companies develop quickly to
become the big Groups to able to compete together and to the foreign companies. They
have to change the strategic development to suitable the development situation and to get the
competitive advantages. They expand the development to new places and to new businesses.
To do that, they have to have the strategic human resource management. However, most of
them meet with difficulties in HRM. They have not taken interest in HRM much and have
not invested in HRM appropriately yet. They have not the HRM plans yet. Therefore, they
face too many difficulties in human resources when they broaden development to new
places and to new businesses. Sonadezi Chau Duc shareholding company (SZC) is a
company that is facing the problems.
SZC is a new subsidiary company that established in 2007 by Sonadezi Group. Its main
activity is developing industrial zones and the residential area in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
SZC plans to broaden to new businesses. SZC is facing the current structure of company
and the current HRM. Beside, it has still not the HRM plans to satisfy the demand of works
in the future.
There are some main reasons leading to these problems. They are the irrational of
organizing in structure of company, illogical of arranging in HRM and not the HRM plans
yet. These problems influence much to the success of company. To able to affirm the brand
name ‘Sonadezi’ and to get the success in new places and new businesses, SZC needs
restructure the company. In addition, SZC have to care more much about HRM and the most
important thing that SZC needs to do at present, is the HRM plans.
In summary, HRM is one of the most important factors in company. It influences too much
to the developing the organization. This research presents the irrational in organizing of the
structure in company and the illogical about HRM of ZSC and proposing some solutions to
solve them. More, this research still insists on the important role of HRM to organization.
Organizations needs interest in HRM much and plan the developing HRM. |
