| Abstract | DADA Corporation
The main aim of this study is to identify the main problems that make poor productivity in
Unipax. Through using the theoretical concept productivity compare with what company
practice has been done then draw the conclusion and make recommendations to improve.
In detail, analysis method focus on the find out the root cause of problem by using the
fishbone chart and strip the part of factor. Mainly factor in this study is related the
manpower that affecting to productivity. In addition, there are some more factors such as;
material suppliers, cost of energy and water consumption, and small orders, influence to
productivity.
After taking an overview on the project in Unipax Co., ltd, Company should pay attention
more the manpower through giving the incentives and providing safer working
environment in order to create the stable labour force in Unipax.
Solving that main problem, company will not be difficult to gain the achievement of
productivity and develop stable in short term and long term. |
