Analyzing and reviewing operational management of the 110Kv electrical system in
Hanoi, the research group proposes a package of solutions to restructure the organizational
model and improve human resource training quality for these following targets:
· Improving 110Kv Power Network operational management efficiency
· Shortening electricity interruption (due to transformers and grid failure)
This study is expected to make contribution to power supply and customer service
improvement to meet strategic targets set by the Corporation. |
