| Abstract | This study focuses on advantages and disadvantages of Sonadezi College. Analytical
results help the College work out efficient administration strategies and actions to achieve
its targets. Solutions to human resource management give the College a firm existence and
strong competitive potential.
The study proposes methods and processes of human resource management. It states tools
helping the management execute leadership mission and make the college’s development
in accordane with prescribed objectives.
For issues in the human resource management coped with by the management there have a
lot of solutions. However, this study mentions two vital solutions which are selected upon
careful evaluations on other issues. They are construction on efficient management team, a
scientific strategy on human resource management suitable to the college’s objectives and
visions.
Things to be done for these solutions are researched in details helping implementation and
efficiency evaluation when solving issues of the college.
Successes on good human resource management lead a lot of advantages in various works
of the management. To achive objectives of the college in particular and of the
organization in common shall affirm Sonadezi group’s trademark which has not only been
famous in the country but also in overseas about service quality and market prestige.
