| Abstract | Tan Huy Hoang Company is Trading & Services Company limited (Ltd).
It was established on Sep 1st, 1999 in the Kien Giang province.
Activities of Tan Huy Hoang company are distributing gas product to customers in Kien
Giang province and other provinces in Mekong Delta. Its markets are Kien Giang province,
and Can Tho.
This study conducted an analysis of situation of the Tan Huy Hoang company in the last
two years including the factors in the external environment of the company in the Mekong
Delta market. Through analysis of internal environment, the strengths and the weaknesses
of the company in the market are determined. Based on this, strategies for the development
of the company are suggested are identified. Problems of implementation for success are
proposed. |
