| Abstract | This research analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Logging
Service Company (LSC). The result helps the company verify its strategy and categorizes
which areas have problems and need to improve.
The research will help LSC determine its customer satisfaction for mud logging service
provided by company and which facts could affects to their dissatisfaction. Problemsolving
process and Mapping Concept are used for diagnosing the root - causes of low
service quality of the core service from Company –Mud logging. Solutions are also
proposed; this will help the company to optimize the service in order to bring a world
standard service quality to all of its clients. |
