| Abstract | Business strategy certainly plays a very important role for any company as it
provides a long term view for the firm. Business strategy for IP developing proposed in
this study will answer some kind of biggest question for Sonadezi Corporation in term
of business. Sonadezi Corporation is one of leading IP developers in Vietnam. Its
contribution to Vietnam is not only annual tax but also its cooperation in infrastructure
development for Industrialization in Vietnam. The study also helps readers to
understand clearly the industry; Sonadezi advantage and disadvantage in competition;
and the company’s vertical boundary. Moreover, this study is the real action plan for the
next five years because its proposal is made based on actual data and information and its
method of study is historically used widely successfully in the world. |
