| Abstract | The fast moving socio-economic environment with opening the door for foreign investors are
not only an opportunity but also a big challenge for PVEP to improve itself so as to maintain its
leading position in the E&P industry.
In order to maintain its leading position as mentioned above, it is very important for PVEP to
attract and maintain the high skill staff in its organization.
This research aims at looking through all the aspect of Talent Management related to PVEP and
design a very specific strategy for PVEP and series of action plans on Talent Management. |
