| Abstract | Human Resource Management is a valuable asset to organizations. In fact, this needs an
understanding of tricks of the trade related to psychology, employee relations, and even
culture of a country to get consensus from the whole group in order to achieve a
company’s goal. Furthermore, managing human resources in reality has become more
challenging when globalization forces companies to have action plans to survive in the
global competitive market. When company grows changes or faces new challenges, the
company spends money on training employees in order to increase company’s
competency.
This research presents review over the main activities in training and development in
human resource. Theoretical and empirical considerations are analyzed together to get new
insight on training and development in human resource. Training is essential to the growth
of the company. The need of training is necessary for all level of employees in company.
The productivity is improved when the skills of individual employees is improved.
Training is one of the most effective ways for increasing individual productivity and
improving job performance in the company. Based on analysis of training and
development on human resource, some recommendations for the company are presented in
the hope that the company can improve and increase the effectiveness of training
activities. |
