| Abstract | Reforming budgetary management of Ha Tien 1 cement joint stock company (Called "Ha
Tien 1") is the important step to review the business management of company towards
growth and development of the company.
Nowadays, the economic environment in Viet Nam is rapidly changing and no longer easy
to forecast in term of budgeting or planning for strategic plan. However, if the company
desires to be or not to be and develop in their operating field, they have to determine the
strategic plan, apply the budgetary control to manage their business, especially for the big
scale company as Ha Tien 1. The project shows that the problems in Ha Tien 1 are errors
of implementing the strategy, applying business management method, and supporting of
Information technology software in order to recommend the solutions to fix these
problems.
The project has mentioned and used theories and frameworks that had applied successful in
the past, such as: applying the Mckinsey's 7s framework to review all activities in
company, reforming the budgetary system and combining with applying the balanced
scorecards, KPIs in the implementation of strategic planning. All these will play an
important role in improving the performance management process and the success of Ha
Tien 1 as well. |
