| Abstract | The thesis presents improvement on Tilt and Twist tester to support multiple products
without reconfiguration. The improvement is accomplished by modifying Self Servo Write
firmware to be able to run on multiple products as well as host software. Without modifying
tester hardware and the need of tester reconfiguration when changing to different products,
the failure due to human-error is reduced as well as reducing setup time in new product
configuration. |
