| Abstract | This project investigates the methodology a non-profit organization (PrimeTime) based in
South East Asia and dedicated to address specific needs of Professional Women should use
to enhance its CSR Strategy by re-evaluating its Outreach Community Programs and
Activities. Research provided insight on how NPOs implement successful outreach
strategies and what challenges organization should be prepared to address as part of
implementing a new outreach program. An assessment using quantitative (survey) and
qualitative (interviews) analysis while reviewing relevant literature reviews was conducted
to provide guidance to further develops its outreach pillar. This research provided
PrimeTime a set of recommendations it can utilize to develop a framework to select,
measure and monitor outreach programs for its members. Methodologies were suggested
that included enhancing its communication framework, leveraging social media and mobile
technology while potentially modifying its organization structure and governance to better
serve its members outreach goals. |
