| Abstract | In construction industry, project management shows a significant role. Therefore,
improving project management skills are important requirements for survival and
development of project owner. It is being the main topic in many kinds of project
management which include Food & Beverage or hospitality project. In Viet Nam, there are
many F&B Brand, however most of them are still weak of skills in project management.
This is because very difficult for Project Manager to finish the project with Owner Brand
requirement such as Design Guideline, quality standard, schedule and limited budget.
This report study about the theory of project management in important parts include
quality, cost, times, procedure, contract, and risk management.
By examining the Project Management Strategy practice of F&B project in the case of HLs
Coffee through three main period of F&B project: Design Phase, Tender Phase and
Construction Phase. The thesis point out strengths and weakness in project management of
HLs Coffee new stores opening process. Essential keys for enhancements of project
management functions are suggested and deliver the typical frameworks can be applied to
similar F&B project. |
