| Abstract | There are many kinds of robots which are implemented. The flying robot type is also
implemented in many researches. However, there is not much researches doing on an
indoor environment and can move freely without stationary fix point on the ground. As
a result, this thesis proposed the control algorithm by using image based method which
uses to control the flying robot in an indoor environment and can move freely without
stationary fix point on the ground. This thesis proposed two control algorithms to
control the robot in an indoor environment which are fuzzy controller and PD
controller. For the fuzzy controller, it uses to control the robot flying height by
controlling the throttle channel of the robot controller platform. The PD controller uses
to control the other three channels of the robot platform which are elevator for forward
and backward movement, aileron for side movement and rudder for heading of the
platform. The fuzzy controller can be used to control the robot flying height but the
battery is limitation made the usage time short. The PD controller is also able to use to
control the robot platform but the image ptocessing trtade the accui'acy of the system
low. Nonetheless, this thesis proposed control algorithm and image processing method
to control the flying robot in an indoor environment. |
