| Abstract | This study examines the different attitude of French negotiators and Asian Francophonie
negotiators during negotiation process. According to analytical framework discussed in
Chapter Three, negotiators profile of French and Asian Francophonie manager were analyzed
and an in-depth comparative study of such negotiator profiles was carried out. The study also
shows the perspective of such negotiators regarding the problems during negotiation process.
Finally the study make conclusions and recommendation to enhance negotiation process. |
