| Abstract | The rapid growth of the Chinese economy made China attractive to multinational
corporations. The open economic policies from the Chinese government encouraged the
foreigners to invest in China and more and more Chinese work abroad.
This paper presents the outcomes of the research about Chinese managers and
multicultural management.
The initial intention of this paper is to identify the key success factors of multicultural
management in the global environment based on the research data collection result. |
