| Abstract | Cambodia's approach to foreign investment has been one of open encouragement
since the Paris Peace Accords of 1991. The number of company has increased
significantly during this past decade. Resulting from this, managers who are able to work
efficiently in this situation are highly needed. Therefore, the existing universities,
particularly existing business universities cannot cater to this need, and present graduates
are not rated as competent enough by potential employers.
This research study has focused on three important analysis. The first is the
Cambodian environment consisting of the educational environment, national
environment, and macroenvironment. The second is the operation of some existing
universities, local and foreign universities. The third is the survey of high school students
at grade 12 in Cambodia, study year 1997-1998.
At the end of these analysis, the research has come out with a new concept for a
business school in Cambodia in terms of business school's plan, and strategic
management concept. |
