| Abstract | An ergonomically designed weightlifting bench that is provided with a proper stand to position
the lifters feet during a heavy compound movement. The bench is made of a frame that
that can lower the lifter out from underneath the weight. The ergonomically designed back
rest pads can be adjusted to match the lifters dimensions and preference. The adjustable
foot rest is mounted to the frame of the bench. Anthropometrics is an important area in
ergonomics. Perhaps the main reason for physical injuries in fitness training is anthropometrically
and ergonomically non-standard equipment. |
