| Abstract | Even synergy is a basis for establishing a joint venture, partners perceived that bridging
each own interests is not a simple task. Diverse partner characteristics can induce negotiation
into conflict. This study analyzed perspectives of Thai joint venture partners regarding their
experience in conflict management. They were asked to diagnose five inherent causes of
conflict and to identify conflict handling mode that they have implemented. |
