AbstractThis research is aimed at building an adequate data and information system on the construction industry in Thailand, with special emphasis on how and where to. get major construction materials, equipment and labor forces. The past and present prices of materials and daily wages of labors were compiled and studied and an attempt is made to forecast their future values. Equipment available on rental basis in Bangkok and its rental rate are compiled in a suitable form for. general practical use. The available sizes and types of construction materials, the material costs and labor wage rates in each region are also studied .
