AbstractAn evaluation of a low-income multi-family housing system in Bangkok Metropolis is made with the use of an evaluation criteria and methodology established on the basis of user\'s needs. An interpretation and discussion of the results of the evaluation, from which an improved planning and design is suggested, is presented. A review of the established evaluation criteria and evaluation methodology is made in view of their practicality and an evaluation criteria and methodology for low- income multi-family housing system is recommended.
