AbstractThis study is one of the four concerning with the \'Management Control\' of various industries. It is confined to a unit assembly industry. To visualize the broad range of. management control process more realistically, the Thai Toshiba Electric Industries Co., Ltd., was chosen to be the typical reference for this study. A general description about the Company, including the organization structure and its operatizing process, is made firstly. Then a general concept for designing a control system was explored. Secondly the whole framework of management control of the industry was developed. It was found the various functional controls can, be defined as individual control systems, with the financial control including the budgetary control and its supplementary ratio analysis · of trends. The financial control forms two control layers which make the management control more effective. To go into details the individual control systems were explored in more details. Problems and-Suggestions were also simultaneously made ·in accompanying with the description of the existing operations of the Company. Lastly, utilizing the Industrial Dynamics Technique facilitates -the integration of the individual control systems into an integrated management · control system. Conclusions and .recommendations for future work were made after that.
