AbstractConcurrent records of evaporation measured in a Piche Atmometer and a Class "A" Tank located at Bangkok were analyzed for a four year period, 1962 to 1965. Daily solar radiation, daily wind movement at ground level, daily precipitation and air temperature and relative humidity measured eight times daily were also measured at the Bangkok station. The relationship between the Piche evaporation as a dependent variable and the Class "A" evaporation in term of the other climatic variables was developed by mean of a stepwise multiple regression technique employing an IBM 1620 Computer. The data were separated by calendar months and the computations were carried out separately for each month of the year. A standard regression equation was finally selected to relate the data: Epi = K= g Epa = c Hm + fQ
