| Abstract | The author has attempted to make an analysis and comparison of the experimental data obtained by SAMAN, SHAFFAT, ESTANERO and from
his own test. The structural behavior of both unreinforced and reinforced bottom flanges of concrete girders, together with that of the unreinforced deep cantilever slab has been described and discussed. Approximate equations to predict the ultimate strength
of the flanges mentioned above are derived. The experimental data includes more than one hundred specimens. |
