| Abstract | A comparison is made between market and official land values in Bangkok. The official land values, used for various purposes in Government off ices are found to vary in a much smaller range than that and actual market land values; they are frequently unreliable due to the inexperience of Government assessors. Suggestions for the improvement of these land value assessments are made. |
